Mare Nostrum

A daring German spy gives up everything, including her own life, to protect her country's interests.

A Spanish ship owner, Ulysses Ferragut, is deceived by German spies into refueling their U-boats, under the false promise that they won't target passenger vessels. However, a U-boat torpedo strikes his son Esteban's ship, resulting in his death and many others. Consumed by grief and rage, Ferragut vows to seek revenge against those responsible for the tragedy.
