Billy, a former high-school hero, returns to his hometown expecting familiar surroundings, but instead finds his friends have moved on and his ex is dating the former outcast. He becomes obsessed with proving the outcast is behind a local death, in a murder-mystery comedy reminiscent of Rear Window, but with a stoner twist.
