In a small town, a prospector stumbles upon a valuable resource - natural cement - and proposes using it to build a new dam. However, a group of ruthless outlaws at Trail End, who control the wagons needed to transport rocks for the dam's construction, have no interest in this development and will stop at nothing to maintain their monopoly.
