Tweety Bird and his mistress Granny settle into their new city home, a charming brownstone. Meanwhile, a sly Sylvester Cat becomes fixated on catching Tweety, but his plans are constantly foiled by Granny's loyal bulldog and a series of humorous disguises. As Sylvester's attempts fail, he finds himself in a precarious situation, captured by the dog catcher and surrounded by a pack of snarling canines.
