President Hyman Goldberger desperately searches for a solution to save his film studio from financial ruin, fearing the loss of his major backer.

A film president is in a bind as his main financier threatens to cut ties. Desperate, he finds six wealthy individuals who may be willing to invest in his studio if the backer backs out. However, his hapless assistant invites six street musicians to audition for a film shoot, and the president mistakes them for the potential investors, leading to a series of chaotic events.
