Three bumbling stooges run a local drugstore and concoct a potion that a struggling entrepreneur believes is scotch. The trio disguises themselves as Scotsmen to deceive a potential buyer at a party, but their usual mayhem causes chaos, culminating in a barrel of their "scotch" exploding and inundating the entire house.

The Stooges brew a fake scotch, which a businessman mistakenly believes is the real deal. As they pose as Scotsmen, they attempt to sell it at a party, but their shenanigans soon transform the event into a scene of utter pandemonium.
