During Prohibition, two friends get arrested after selling homemade beer to a policeman. In prison, one of their loose teeth keeps getting them into trouble, but it also earns them respect from a tough prisoner named The Tiger. The friends escape during The Tiger's attempt, disguise themselves, and hide on a cotton plantation. However, they're recaptured when the warden recognizes them. After another failed escape attempt, the friends are pardoned when the senior warden mistakenly believes they alerted the guards to the chaos by firing first.
