The notorious criminal Sharpe has kidnapped an engraver and is spreading counterfeit bills across the country. The FBI becomes aware of the scheme when they notice a miniature town printed on one of the fake bills. In response, they send in Tim Hayes, who initially steals the counterfeit money from Sharpe's henchmen. Hayes then poses as a friend, offering to help Sharpe get rid of the fake bills, but instead, he plans to gather his team to apprehend Sharpe and his accomplices.
