In a small Ontario town, a young alien's vacation takes an unexpected turn when his spaceship crashes. Disoriented and confused, the extraterrestrial is captured by a young boy who introduces him to the effects of hard liquor. As the alien, named Phil, becomes addicted to drinking, he finds himself in a series of misadventures that affect his new friends. Meanwhile, a US black ops organization is searching for Phil, and a drunken field agent is sent to find him.
