Mr. Lion is lured to the Happy Zoo in the Bronx with promises of three square meals a day, but instead finds himself stuck in a cage with only round vitamin pills to eat. Unhappy and determined, he makes a daring escape, only to be recaptured and brought back to his cage. However, his hunger is gone, and he's left to wonder what happened to the radio announcer who initially convinced him to leave his jungle home.
