The film is inspired by Sarat Chandra Chattapadhyay's novel Srikanto and tells the story of Srikanto, a drifter who reunites with his friend's mistress Rajlokhi at a retreat. The chance encounter awakens memories of their past and people they had forgotten. Srikanto, haunted by a childhood trauma, and Rajlokhi, exploited by men, must make life-altering choices amidst mortal peril.
