When her aunt Aurelia visits, she discovers Mysti brewing Ayahuasca and crossing into the "other world," a dangerous endeavor with extreme consequences. Aurelia, familiar with the spirit world, invokes an ancient witchcraft ritual to expel a demonic entity that has attached itself to Mysti. The entity taunts and tortures them until it emerges into reality, seeking to consume those who brought it forth.
