Bob Franklin, a border patrolman, prepares for his sister Barbara's homecoming. However, his plans are disrupted when notorious smuggler Zorro crosses the border with contraband. Bob and his partner Ed chase Zorro, but he escapes. Meanwhile, Barbara arrives and is murdered by Zorro, who frames Bob for the crime. Bob, now a fugitive, goes undercover as a smuggler to catch Zorro and clear his name.
