In a bid to create a groundbreaking art installation, two graffiti artists sneak into a notorious, allegedly haunted research facility, only to discover a team of disturbed scientists attempting to revive a long-extinct sea creature. The artists soon find themselves fighting for survival against both the creature and the deranged researchers who are hell-bent on unleashing a monstrous terror upon the world.
