In the small town of Sundown Valley, Wyoming, cowhands Dave Saunders and Chito arrive just in time to prevent a lynch mob from killing cattleman Tug Caldwell, who is being targeted by ruthless sheep ranch foreman Jess Rawlins. As they try to uncover the motives behind Rawlins' actions, they must also clear their own names after being framed for murder and convince Chris Marvin, Rawlins' boss and a beautiful woman, that Rawlins is a menace.
