In the comedy film, "Taking Care of Business", Jimmy Dworski, a soon-to-be-released convict, wins a chance to attend a baseball game and escapes from prison to do so. After finding a lost Filofax belonging to executive Spencer Barnes, Jimmy assumes the executive's identity and gets into various misadventures, all while the real Barnes is frantically searching for his lost belongings. The story builds up to a comedic showdown between the two characters when they finally meet.
