Dennis, a star football player, feels like an outcast at his strict school due to his absent glamorous mother and strained relationship with his father. He finds solace in his friendship with Lisa, a free-spirited designer, who encourages him to model one of her dresses. Initially uncomfortable, Dennis takes to cross-dressing as a form of rebellion and attends school in disguise. However, he's soon exposed and expelled. With the soccer team facing a crucial cup final, Lisa comes up with a plan, and the entire team shows up in dresses, challenging the headmaster to expel them as well if Dennis can't play. Dennis helps his team win the cup, earning the title of hero and reuniting with his father.
