In this thrilling movie, two photographers, Steve and Harley, capture eerie red lines in their aerial shots of the Nevada desert, which they initially dismiss as unusable. However, when the lines reappear on another frame, Steve becomes convinced they're signs of impending earthquakes, and he sets out to warn the residents of the small town of Bates, where he befriended a young girl named Angela. With his trusty dog Pepper, Steve returns to Bates to save the town and the people he cares about, including Angela, who still has his beloved dog.
