Don Vito Leoni, the Godfather, struggles with depression and feels out of touch with the changing world. As he contemplates retirement, he's concerned his incompetent sons wouldn't be able to run the family business, putting them in grave danger. To address his mental health, his family decides to hire a psychiatrist, but instead, they kidnap a shrink and order him to treat Don Vito, leading to a series of comedic events.
