Port Talbot is under authoritarian control by ICU, a ruthless corporation draining the town's resources with disregard for its residents. Tensions are high, and resistance is imminent. After a company man and suicide bomber collide on the beach, a mysterious figure, the Teacher, intervenes and becomes the leader of the Resistance. ICU sees him as a threat and will stop at nothing to eliminate him.

The film is inspired by the real-life events of the Passion play that took place in Port Talbot during Easter 2011.
