The Himalayas

Two friends and climbing partners, Hong-gil and Mu-taek, reach the peak of their careers by becoming the 14th team to scale the Himalayas, but their achievement comes at a great cost. Years later, Hong-gil is a renowned lecturer and Mu-taek takes on a new assignment to climb Everest. When Mu-taek goes missing, Hong-gil feels guilty for encouraging his friend's plans and decides to lead a rescue team to retrieve his body.
