Undercover U.S. Marshals Nevada Jack McKenzie and Sandy Hopkins infiltrate a gang stealing horses from the Navajo tribe, while also hunting down the murderer of a Ranger. Nevada assumes the identity of an outlaw to gain the gang's trust and uncover their leader, while Sandy feigns being a drunk old horse thief with knowledge of the Navajos' hidden ponies.
