The Second 100 Years background

The Second 100 Years

Two Goofys, one small and one large, escape from prison after a century and pose as a celebrated artistic duo, donning French aristocrat disguises to attend a high-society gala, but their deception is quickly uncovered, unleashing a chain of hilarious and unpredictable events.

Two convicts, Laurel and Hardy, dig a tunnel into the warden's office during an escape attempt. They then disguise themselves as painters and walk out of the prison, but need new clothes and steal suits from visiting officials. They even take their places in a limousine, only to be delivered back to the same prison for a tour.
