The Survivors Club, formed by Jillian Hayes, Carol Rosen, and Meg Pesaturo, uses the media to pressure the authorities into arresting a serial rapist, Eddie Como, after they were brutally attacked. Como is eventually arrested based on DNA evidence, but before his trial, he is assassinated by a sniper. The three women, who had previously been victims, suddenly become suspects. Detective Roan Griffin, still reeling from the traumatic murder of his wife by a cunning killer, joins forces with Detective Fitz Fitzpatrick to unravel the mystery.
