A college rowing crew member, Bob, falls for sorority girl Vivian, who's already being courted by another team member, Morley. Vivian makes a bet with her sisters to win Bob's heart, but when he discovers the truth, he calls off their romance. Despite this, Vivian has fallen in love with Bob, and he's also been kicked off the team. When Morley gets injured, Bob returns to the crew, and the team must win the big rowing race. Meanwhile, Bob and Vivian must navigate their feelings and figure out if they'll reunite or if Morley will recover and win Vivian back.
