When Walsh kills Jamie Hankins for being with a girl he desires, a mysterious motorcyclist named Jake Kesey arrives, driving an unbeatable car. Jake befriends Jamie's girlfriend Keri, takes in his brother Billy, and takes down Packard's gang, outdoing the ineffectual Sheriff Loomis.
