Two friends, Shekar and Amar, meet at a party where Amar invites Shekar to work with him in Canada. However, Amar is accidentally killed by Shekar's car. Inspector Dmello is determined to catch the killer, and Shekar flees to Canada, where he confesses to Amar's father about the accident. Shekar then meets Amar's fiancée, Pia, who is struggling to save Amar's company. As they work together, Shekar and Pia develop feelings for each other, but their relationship is complicated by the fact that Pia is also in love with Abhi, a businessman. In the end, Pia chooses Abhi, and Shekar is arrested and hospitalized after a car accident. Amar's father, who has regained his senses, asks Pia to marry Shekar, and she eventually reunites with him in the hospital.
