A Kung-Fu school is brutally attacked and members are murdered by thugs, who then falsely accuse Chung, the school's eldest student, of the crime. Chung goes into hiding, but his girlfriend Chun Liau brings him a message that allows him to return and confront the gangsters. However, just as he's about to take action, he and Chun Liau are arrested by corrupt security guards.
