Lehigh University's 2004-2005 wrestling team is the subject of the documentary film Veritas. The story centers around Jon Trenge, a young wrestler determined to become a National Champion for his hometown school. Despite being diagnosed with a serious eye condition that threatens his eyesight, Jon refuses to give up and undergoes multiple surgeries to find a way to continue wrestling. He designs homemade protective goggles and nearly achieves his goal, earning the most wins in Lehigh's history and overcoming setbacks and frustrations along the way.
