Bugs Bunny finds himself floating downstream in a flood, washing up at an Evil Scientist's castle. The scientist needs a brain for his mechanical monster and mistakes Bugs' brain for a suitable replacement. Bugs must use his wits to escape the scientist's attempts to capture him, including a chase with a bizarre monster named Rudolph.
