The crew of submarine H.M.S. Sea Tiger must interrupt their leave and family time to embark on a high-stakes mission: sinking the German battleship Brandenburg. As they set out, they discover their target is now in the heavily guarded Baltic Sea. Instead of turning back, they decide to follow it, leading to a nerve-wracking buildup of tension as they close in on their goal. After the attempt, escaping seems hopeless, but they must find a way to refuel in enemy waters.
