In this film, a mountain lion named Rocky seeks shelter from hunters by disguising himself as a stuffed animal in a cabin belonging to Elmer Fudd. Unbeknownst to Elmer, Rocky begins to rummage through his belongings, including a steak with tobasco sauce. As Elmer uses Rocky as a target for practice, Rocky remains silent, only finding joy when he overhears Elmer discovering that hunting season has ended, allowing him to make a swift escape.
