When the Cat's Away background

When the Cat's Away

A whimsical invasion unfolds as Mickey, Minnie, and their friends occupy Tom Cat's house, transforming it into a vibrant playground filled with joyful sounds of improvised music crafted from everyday objects.

Tom Cat goes hunting, leaving Mickey and the mice to play in his absence. Mickey and Minnie dance on the piano while other mice create a makeshift orchestra using various objects. A parrot tries to join in, but his bad singing causes him to fall into a spittoon. Later, Mickey uses a mousetrap to launch himself to a wheel of Swiss cheese, but instead of eating it, he uses it to create music on a player piano. The mice then form a phonograph to play more music, bringing joy to all.
