Two childhood sweethearts, Kay and Dave, reunite after Dave is released from an eight-year prison sentence, where he was incarcerated for a botched bank robbery at the age of 16. Kay, who has since married a successful businessman and started a family, finds herself drawn back to her old flame, despite her happy marriage.
