On a distant planet, a teenager named Yuri is suddenly transported to the rooftop of a towering skyscraper, where she faces off against a group of masked assailants intent on eradicating their prey.
A 16-year-old girl, Yuri Honjou, is pursued by masked killers after witnessing a horrific attack. She flees to an abandoned building, only to find herself trapped with no way out. Alone and desperate, Yuri sets out to find her brother in a desolate world devoid of life.
