American spy Michael Rogan seeks vengeance after being brutally interrogated and his wife and comrades murdered by a sadistic team during World War II. He sets out on a mission of terror across Europe, driven by his hatred and memories, and eventually targets the leader of the interrogating team, Von Osten, who is on the verge of gaining power in post-war Germany.
