In the town of Butcher's Mill, Illinois, two friends, Buddy and Earl, dream of success. Earl wants to marry Pam, but she only considers men who own a trailer home. Buddy, a self-proclaimed master criminal, schemes to kidnap a corrupt Congressman for ransom, hoping to use the money to help Earl buy a trailer. However, the plan goes awry when the Congressman is accidentally chopped up and turned into bologna. Now, Buddy and Earl must round up the bad meat and return the Congressman's body to his family for a proper funeral, or face serious consequences.
