A wealthy contractor and his son terrorize a region, bribing the local inspector to ignore their activities. However, a new inspector, Abhijeet Rai, arrives and arrests the son, suspends the corrupt inspector, and eventually marries a blind woman, Rajni. But their happiness is short-lived as the son is released from prison and seeks revenge against the couple.
