Beowulf & Grendel

A Norse warrior, Beowulf, leads a troop of warriors to rid a village of the murderous troll, Grendel, out of allegiance to King Hrothgar. However, as Beowulf delves deeper into the battle, he begins to question his willingness to kill on behalf of the King, who may be more responsible for the troll's rampages than initially thought. Meanwhile, his relationship with the mesmerizing witch, Selma, adds to his confusion, making it unclear whether his actions are driven by duty or personal motivations.
