Jason Bond jumps on a freight train, finding a horse and rifles on board. When the car is left on a siding in a Texas town, he meets Ginny Long, sister of the horse's missing owner, who was murdered. Bond soon discovers the horse ranchers are being swindled by Frank Hayden. Hayden frames Bond for the murder, forcing him to work for him. When one of Hayden's men tries to kill Bond, the horse recognizes the real killer and pushes him off a cliff.
