In this movie, a man named Jim Gray sets out to find the notorious gang leader known as the General. After Neil Denham's murder, Jim takes on his identity and teams up with his friend Squint Saunders to infiltrate the gang. However, their plan goes awry when they're captured, and Jim is given an ultimatum: he can join the gang, but only if he's willing to sacrifice his friend's life.
