In this whimsical tale, a singing homeless cat named "Hallelujah" finds a new home with the eccentric Mister Lavish McTavish, who feeds him unlimited beans on one condition: the cat must capture the mice infesting the house. The cat cleverly captures a single mouse, who repeatedly disguises himself as different mice, earning the cat more beans each time. However, the cat eventually grows tired of beans and decides to eat the mouse, only to be tricked into eating even more.
