Billy, a parolee, returns to his childhood home to reconnect with his parents, but his struggles with being a single man lead him to abduct a young girl, pretending she's his wife.
Billy is released from prison after serving a five-year sentence and quickly kidnaps a teenage student, Layla. He then takes her to meet his parents, posing her as his girlfriend and announcing their impending marriage, forcing her to play along.
