Popeye and his friends take Olive on a picnic, but things take a turn when Bluto's pranks cross the line. He plays a series of cruel jokes on Popeye, including replacing his spinach with a fake can and framing him for a prank gone wrong. But in the end, Popeye gets revenge with a surprise inflatable sea monster.
