Steve Singleton is hired by Jumbo Johnson to search for pearls in New Guinea, but is tricked into using phony permits, losing his boat and ending up in jail. After his release, Singleton teams up with Daubrey and Sykes to find a downed plane containing gold bullion, and they rescue one of its passengers, Katherine Shelley, from headhunters.
