In this heartwarming film, a young girl named Cate is given a joyful childhood by her music-loving guardian Daniel and his bandmates in the charming town of New Kerry, Massachusetts. After Daniel's wife passes away, he sends Cate to live with a new family in a different location. As Cate grows up, she becomes a successful lifestyle magazine editor in New York City.
