A film crew shooting a low-budget horror movie in an abandoned psychiatric hospital with a dark past soon finds itself haunted by the very building they're occupying. As the shoot wears on, the crew's exhaustion and isolation take a toll, and they begin to exhibit bizarre behavior. Realizing they must escape before they succumb to the building's sinister influence, they must fight to survive and leave the hospital's grasp behind.
