Delta Force 2: The Colombian Connection

Ramon Cota, a ruthless criminal, has committed a heinous act of murder and drug trafficking. Despite Colonel Scott McCoy's efforts to bring him to justice, Cota is let off with minimal consequences. Seething with anger, McCoy's partner lashes out at Cota, sparking a violent revenge cycle.
