Daffy's enthusiastic patriotism is abruptly halted when he's unexpectedly visited by the Draft Board's representative. The duck's frantic efforts to evade or defeat his nemesis, the egg-headed official, lead to a rocket ride that surprisingly sends him to a rather undesirable destination.
