In the 2013 Chilean presidential election, a documentary filmmaker Bruno Miller begins to suspect that the outcome is rigged. He teams up with an old schoolmate, Coni, to uncover the truth, while Pablo Corteira, the new candidate, is reassured by his party members that everything is fair and square.
